Christmas is in the Air!

We got into the spirit of Christmas card-making by making these 3 cards at our last Stampin' Club. Lots of fun!

This card uses the "Joyous Celebrations" stamp set from the 2012 Holiday Catalogue, the Ornament Punch,

Ornament Punch, and the "Framed Tulips" embossing folder.

For this card we used the "Snowflake Soiree" stamp set and the "Petals-a-Plenty" embossing folder, which we double embossed. Pretty! 

For this card we used the "Joyous Celebrations" stamp set and the really popular "Holiday Frame" embossing folder. The ladies all had a great time and really enjoyed their cards!

Mixed Bunch

For this dainty card, we used the stamp set "Mixed Bunch", along with the coordinating "Blossom" punch. And to pretty it up even more, we added a some ribbon and some bling to the center of the flower!

Inspired by Nature

For this card, we used the hugely popular "Inspired by Nature" stamp set and just used our markers to colour around the outside edges of the stamp (before stamping it), for a subtle effect.

Beautiful Wings

Once again we worked with one of our favourite subjects...butterflies! We used the "Beautiful Wings" Embosslits die and the "Labels Collection Framelits" die for this pretty card.

Greenhouse Garden

This pretty birthday card uses one of our favourite stamp sets...the "Greenhouse Garden" set! Hate to see it retire!

Watercolour Wonder!

Here is an easy, but very effective technique for when you want to add a soft, yet bold splash of colour!
Emboss your favourite stamp (we've used "Flower Fest") in silver embossing powder, then colour in using Watercolour Wonder Crayons. You can make it as soft as bold as you want and can add in different colours for shading and depth!

Beary Cute!

Isn't this card so cute?! We made this little bear using various punches (Heart, Oval, Circles, and Slot)!

Paper Doily

Isn't this new "Paper Doily" diecut beautiful!? It comes from the new 2012 Occasions Mini Catalogue and is a Large Sizzlits Die. It reminds me of my grandmother's crocheting or a sweet Valentine card, or a beautiful tableclothe, or a stained glass window, or.....I could go on, and on, and on, and can just see so many great uses for it!
We finished it of by adding a pretty circle Rhinestone Brad.

Bouncing Babies!

Aren't babies just precious? Here are a couple cute cards made to celebrate a new little one, in either pink or blue!
We used two new sets from the current 2012 Occasions Mini Catalogue, that is available only until April 30, 2012. The sets are "Baby Prints" (notice the cute little footprints and handprints?) and "Packed for Baby". Also notice how we folded the card? Adds a little different twist to it!

Happiest Birthday Wishes

This card uses the "Happiest Birthday Wishes" and the "Simply Soft" Hostess Sets. The sentiment is punched out using the Scallop Circle punch and layered with a patterned paper circle. The flower is stamped and embossed in silver.
Very easy card, but very nice effect!

This one uses the new "Stocking Builder" punch and the "Snow Burst" embossing folder, and was a lot of fun to mix and match the different papers (including the new red & silver "Glimmer Papers")...

Here is a great masculine card that we made using the "Lovely As a Tree" stamp set and the "Frosty Lodge" paper pack. Some of us used it as a Christmas card as well!
